The Kansas City Chiefs now know their regular season road on their three-peat journey and here is a prediction for every game.

Arrowhead Stadium will be in fine voice as they welcome the Chiefs into a sold-out stadium to kick off their season against the Baltimore Ravens.

Vs Baltimore Ravens (H)

Chiefs will be encountering a rematch of their AFC Championship crunch match which left the Ravens heartbroken. Despite the Chiefs showing vulnerability last year in the opener against the Detroit Lions, we expect lighting does not strike twice. Kansas City will have learned from their early struggles the previous year, with the league’s best quarterback and head coach anchoring them.

Prediction – Win

Vs Cincinnati Bengals (H)

Joe Burrow has seemed to be Patrick Mahomes’ kryptonite when they have both gone head-to-head in the league. However, Burrow has never one a week 2 game in his career and is susceptible to starting the season slow. Therefore, after riding high off the victory against the Ravens and having nine days rest in between, the Chiefs go 2-0 on the season.

Prediction – Win

Cincinnati Bengals v Kansas City Chiefs

Vs Atlanta Falcons (A)

Patrick Mahomes will be squaring off against the Falcons’ new quarterback Kirk Cousins in their first road game. This will be a close encounter but we can see the Chiefs edging the game to continue their hot streak and unbeaten record.

Prediction – Win

Vs L.A. Chargers (A)

The Chiefs head on the road again but will take on their first divisional rival of the season and this could be very tricky. Moreover, the Chargers are under the new leadership of Jim Harbaugh and the franchise is experiencing a fresh beginning. This could prove vital and give the Chargers the motivation they need to make their first statement of the year and earn victory over the Chiefs for the first time since 2021.

Prediction – loss

Vs New Orleans Saints (H)

Despite the loss in L.A., the Chiefs use this as motivation and return to Arrowhead Stadium determined to get back on track. The Chiefs avenge their defeat and turn over the Saints before heading into the bye week 4-1.

Prediction – Win

Vs San Francisco 49ers (A)

Next, the Super Bowl LVIII rematch is on the cards, and the Chiefs must travel to The Bay. Unfortunately, the Niners avenge their defeat back in February and hand the Chiefs their second loss of the season going 5-2 – a high-scoring affair.

Prediction – Loss

Vs Las Vegas Raiders (A)

The Chiefs face their nemesis who handed them their brutal loss of Christmas Day in 2023, the Las Vegas Raiders. A defensive stand by Antonio Pierce’s side, with the addition of Christian Wilkins, proves a difficult challenge but one they manage to overcome.

Prediction – Win

Vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers (H)

Kansas City hosts the Buccaneers under the lights on Monday night football and they have no problem following up with another victory. Newly re-signed Baker Mayfield and Mike Evans showcase their chemistry but the Chiefs outscore their opponents to move 6-2.

Prediction – Win

Vs Denver Broncos (H)

Back-to-back home games prove to be a blessing for the Chiefs as they play the last of their divisional opponents in the first circuit. The Chiefs dispatch the Broncos who have rookie Bo Nix as the signal caller.

Prediction – Win

Vs Buffalo Bills (H)

The Chiefs travel to their AFC rival the Buffalo Bills in a close affair and face off against their old wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling. MVS has a productive game but cannot guide the Bills to victory and the Chiefs move to 8-2.

Prediction – Win

AFC Divisional Playoffs - Kansas City Chiefs v Buffalo Bills

Vs Carolina Panthers (A)

Next on the agenda is the Carolina Panthers as we approach the business end of the season in week 12. Once again, the Chiefs have little trouble on the road against Bryce Young in his sophomore season and hold the Panthers to under 10 points. Chiefs tally another win and move to a monstrous 9-2 on the season.

Prediction – Win

Vs Las Vegas Raiders (H)

The Raiders are fired up after their bitter loss at home against the Chiefs earlier in the season. They search for blood again and this time emerge victorious in a repeat of 2023. Furthermore, the Chiefs’ win streak of five is broken but they still hold a 9-3 record.

Prediction – Loss

Vs L.A. Chargers (H)

The Raiders defeat stings in the Chiefs’ camp and they bounce back to face fellow divisional rivals the Chargers. Andy Reid and his men kill two birds with one stone, avenging their defeat against the Raiders and the Chargers in Week 4.

Prediction – Win

Vs Cleveland Brown (A)

Fatigues and injuries on the season start to take their toll when they go on the road against the Cleveland Browns. A sold-out ‘Dawg Pound’ proves to be an uphill battle and the Chiefs fall to defeat in a gritty affair where the defenses prove game-changing.

Prediction – Loss

Vs Houston Texans (H)

The Arrowhead faithful welcome one of the dark horses and hottest talents in the NFL, the Texans led by C.J. Stoud. Nonetheless, the Chiefs demonstrate their character and class stopping the Texans in their tracks. Chiefs edge the Texans with an offensive masterclass and boost their record to 11-4.

Prediction – Win

Vs Pittsburgh Steelers (A)

On Christmas Day, the Chiefs give their fans the best present with a victory over the Steelers on TV. Kansas City picks up their momentum heading into the postseason over the terrible towel franchise.

Prediction – Win

Vs Denver Broncos (A)

On the final game week, the Chiefs round off their season in style with a comfortable victory over the Denver Broncos. The Chiefs finish the season sweeping the Broncos and go 4-2 within the AFC West.

Moreover, Patrick Mahomes guides the Chiefs to a 13-4 record for the 2024 season.
