Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has a new partnership, and poor Kadarius Toney is the butt of online jokes.
Everybody wants a piece of Patrick Mahomes – except his Kansas City Chiefs receivers, it seems.
Mahomes took a break from his recent visible frustrations and linked up with YouTube stars Logan Paul and KSI, to promote their branded drink.

KC’s quarterback filmed a video with now WWE star Logan Paul and KSI to promote Prime, which poked fun at the latter’s unfamiliarity with the NFL.
Brit KSI was asked to catch a pass from Patrick Mahomes – which he did – before Logan Paul arrives to slam him to the ground. Welcome to America.
Fans all make the same joke
We don’t know if this was all filmed in one take – but the clip we did see, demonstrated that KSI can catch.
And this is more than can be said than for the Chiefs’ collection of receivers lately, with Kadarius Toney coming in for severe criticism after his dropped pass led to a Mahomes interception at the weekend.
Fans online had plenty to say about the KSI catch – all making the same joke at Toney’s expense.
One fan wrote: “Mahomes already replaced Toney,” with another adding: “He’s already better then Kadarius Toney.”
A third said: “Better than Toney”, while a Giants fan chimed in to say, “They already holding WR tryouts to replace Toney I see.”
Another fan responded to KSI to say: “Still did better then Kadarius Toney”, and another added: “Pretty sure Mahomes would take KSI as receiver over Toney.”
There was also a practical suggestion, with one fan asking: “Will Prime help Kadarius Toney catch the ball?”
This sums up how Kadarius Toney’s reputation has nosedived after an awful season which has seen him claim only one touchdown, and also was caught offside which cost the Chiefs the win over the Bills.
Some have asked if the Chiefs will cut Toney, but NFL media pundit Rich Eisen believes he will be thrown even more passes, to try and get him back on track.
