CeeDee Lamb has been an exceptional talent since his draft in 2020 and has received praise from a three-time First-Team All-Pro.
The Dallas Cowboys found a gem of a weapon for Dak Prescott in the 2020 NFL Draft first-round.
Lamb broke franchise records in 2023 and achieved First-Team All-Pro status for the first time in his career.
CeeDee Lamb breaks Michael Irvin’s franchise records
During the week 17 clash against the Detroit Lions, the 25-year-old logged 13 catches for 227 yards.
As a result, Lamb broke Cowboys legend Michael Irvin’s receptions and single-season receiving yards records.

Now, Lamb is sniffing around for a new extension as he enters the final year of his rookie deal.
Rumors emerged that the all-star receiver may choose to hold out from training to secure a new contract.
However, Lamb brushed the accusations aside saying he will be staying in Dallas.
The Louisiana native has also received gleaming praise from a current veteran receiver in the league.
‘Reminds me of myself’ Davante Adams compared himself to Lamb
Davante Adams has spoken to the Dallas Cowboys star player and believes he sees similarities within Lamb.
On the I Am Athlete podcast, Adams explained: “People compared a lot of dudes to me when they come into the league. There’s a guy that’s younger than me… CeeDee Lamb.
“I like CeeDee Lamb a lot. If you watch the way CeeDee plays and I think he’ll keep growing. I talked to him this offseason a couple of times… he reminds me of myself a lot as far as the way he moves.”
Adams is enthusiastic about the trajectory that CeeDee Lamb is currently on.
These comments were made before the 2023 season and Lamb proceeded to lead the league in receptions (135).
Jerry Jones is forced to show Lamb a new deal
Furthermore, the praise is resurfacing because the wide receiver is now in line for a massive contract.
As he enters the final year of his deal, America’s Team will have to tie him down to a blockbuster contract.
This is the standard procedure for a final-year rookie deal and the franchise wanting to retain their services.
Lamb has made it clear he wants to stay in Dallas but this would require Jerry Jones to show him the money.
