Dallas Cowboys defensive co-ordinator Dan Quinn is widely expected to leave.
Jerry Jones has made the decision to keep Mike McCarthy on as Dallas Cowboys head coach.
The call has prompted a split reaction, but there is an expectation his staff will change.
Dan Quinn is under pressure as defensive co-ordinator, after the Cowboys allowed 48 points at home to Green Bay, an unwanted record in the play-off loss.

Dan Quinn future latest
Dan Quinn’s future was already in doubt in Dallas as he was being linked to head coaching positions, before the play-off loss. Micah Parsons even spoke out on it.
The nature of the humiliating play-off loss could hurt Quinn’s chances and make for some uncomfortable interviews.
Nonetheless, he is getting the opportunity to speak to teams, and it is not expected the Cowboys will stand in the way of his departure.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Quinn has a total of five head coach interviews in the works.
He explains Quinn has already interviewed with the Carolina Panthers and Tennessee Titans.
He will then speak to the Washington Commanders and Seattle Seahawks on Thursday, and the LA Chargers on Friday.
Of these teams, Washington is the most intriguing, as a NFC rival to Dallas, he would be guaranteed two games a year against the Cowboys. It really would be fascinating, especially after the way his stint at Dallas looks set to end.
Schefter adds: “Mike McCarthy is staying in Dallas, but Quinn might not be.”
