Kansas City Chiefs Kingdom is seemingly gaining more and more celebrity endorsements with each passing week.
On Sunday at Arrowhead, Taylor Swift was back in the stands, witnessing Travis Kelce’s team lose for a second successive encounter.
In the past, the pop star watched games with Travis’s mother, Donna and Patrick Mahomes wife, Brittany.
This weekend, though, we saw a new face taking a selfie with Swift that wrestling fans know well.
Taylor Swift’s Plus One?
Last Sunday in Green Bay, Swift was again in attendance, as was Simone Biles in the Chiefs’ defeat at Lambeau.
The four-time Olympic gold medallist in gymnastics, who’s won seven Olympic medals, is married to Packers strong safety Jonathan Owens.
Judging from what the two said about each other on social media, there seems to be mutual respect between them.
Swift had a new plus one at Arrowhead when the Chiefs narrowly lost to the Buffalo Bills (20-17).
We saw a photo of her and Baron Corbin, a professional wrestler.
Corbin has been a part of the WWE for over a decade, winning the King of the Ring tournament in 2019, while also being a one-time United States champion.
Thomas Pestock, Corbin’s real name, was born in Lenexa, part of the Kansas City metropolis.
The professional wrestler is not only a lifelong Chiefs fan but also has ties to the NFL.

He played as an offensive guard at Northwest Missouri State University, helping them to four successive Division II National Championship appearances, all ending in defeat.
Pestock signed with the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent in 2009, featuring on their practice squad that year before joining the Arizona Cardinals practice squad in 2010 and 2011.
During his rookie year with Indy, Corbin lived with Pat McAfee, a Pro Bowl punter who’s well-known these days as a football host on ESPN.
To this day the two remain close friends, bonding over wrestling.
Growing up in Kansas City, Corbin’s always been a Chiefs fan.
Love and Hate
Besides being Chief fans, Taylor Swift and Baron Corbin could not be more opposite.
Swift is a 12-time Grammy Award winner with millions of fans worldwide.
At 33, Swift’s earned over 1,200 award nominations (1,226), winning 631 times.
She’s captured dozens of People’s Choice Awards and, by all accounts, is adored by the public.
The same cannot be said about Corbin.
At the 2018 WWE Year-End Awards, he was named the Most Hated Wrestler.
In 2019, the 39-year-old won the award again, this time capturing the honor according to Pro Wrestling Illustrated.
Despite the Chiefs’ two-game losing streak, Kelce’s put up some solid numbers, as he always seems to do with Swift present and now Corbin.
He’s registered over 80 yards receiving in consecutive games, leading KC in that department against the Packers and Bills.
One thing that we haven’t seen much of from Kelce lately, though, is him finding the end zone.
The Chiefs tight end has just one receiving touchdown in his last six contests.
