Dallas Cowboys have been eliminated from the play-offs at the hands of the Green Bay Packers.
A nightmare Wildcard Weekend has spelled the end of the Dallas Cowboys season, with a 48-32 defeat.
The NFC’s number two seed Dallas Cowboys were upset by an upstart Green Bay team who came out of the blocks firing.
Green Bay scored on their first possession, while the Cowboys just could not get in sync.
Dak Prescott and star receiver CeeDee Lamb could not get it together, before Prescott threw a Pick Six late in the second quarter.
Dallas dreamed of a record comeback, and while they put points on the board, they could not stop Green Bay scoring at the other end.

Skip Bayless blasts Dak Prescott
There could be big repercussions to this loss, with owner Jerry Jones pictured turning away from the television cameras, he was so upset.
Head coach Mike McCarthy’s future is in serious doubt, with big names including Bill Belicheck on the market.
There are also questions for quarterback Dak Prescott, who now falls to a 2-5 record in the play-offs.
Skip Bayless wants to move on. The Undisputed host blasted on X: “Get rid of Dak Prescott. Enough of the suffering. He was a 4th rounder for a reason. I threw his jersey away for a reason.”
He added that Dak was a ‘big-moment loser. Not a Dallas Cowboy quarterback.’
Bayless had earlier posted: “Dak has turned back into deer-in-headlights Dak, panicky, going blind, dropping another playoff stink bomb.”
There is going to be a lot of criticism coming Dallas’ way, and Dak Prescott won’t escape it despite a strong regular season. A first round play-off exit was not what the Cowboys needed or expected – in fact it is a disaster.
Bayless’ meltdown included calls to put Trey Lance in, adding that this was the ‘most humiliating’ loss he had experienced as a fan.
He also directed his ire towards the Dallas defense, writing: “I don’t know which has been worse, Dak or the D. Dead heat.”
