It is that time of day again when Skip Bayless does not agree with the Dallas Cowboys inhouse decision making.
Dak Prescott is the talk of the city in Dallas, with his contract extension talks a priority for the franchise.
Prescott’s current deal has only one year remaining after producing his best season in the blue and white jersey.
Dak Prescott extension being discussed
Many fans have shown a disinterest in their 2016 draft pick as he has failed to deliver a ring for Americas Team.
Cowboys CEO Stephen Jones has recently disclosed the intention of the franchise to extend the face of the offence.
Choosing to extend the quarterback will be extremely costly and will once again reset the quarterback market – he could become the highest paid in his position.

Skip Bayless was unimpressed on Undisputed Live following the recent development in the contract saga: “We’re throwing good money after bad’.”
Strong words aimed at the runner up in the regular season MVP race.
The host of Undisputed believes the franchise needs to move on from Prescott and can not forgive his playoff failures: “Dak Prescott takes you to the precipice and then you fall off the cliff.
“So I will be mired in misery for the next four years, five years, whatever it is and you [Keyshawn Johnson] come in hear gloating, Sunday after Sunday.
“As we will be just good enough to get annihilated in some playoff game, because that is what happens year after year after year.”
30 years of pain
The Dallas Cowboys in the last 30 years have suffered with the torment of the failure of not reaching an NFC Championship game.
Many quarterbacks have tried and failed, even Tony Romo, and now Prescott is seemingly another.
Keyshawn Johnson was adamant there are a list of other problems besides Prescott: “You [Bayless] try point the finger at Dak, your defense ain’t playing well.
“You don’t run the football well; your offensive line is in and out of the lineup because they can’t stay healthy… but you want to blame Dak for all of that.”
One thing is for sure, if Prescott is going to be signing a lucrative extension, they will need to put the right pieces in place around him.
Certainly, Prescott needs to translate his regular season form into the playoffs if he is to justify this huge incoming contract extension.
