“One of the real rewards I’ve had since purchasing the Cowboys was getting to know him, getting to know what he’s about. That ranks at the apex,” the 81-year-old explained to Dallas Morning News.

“I just never thought in my lifetime I’d be saying goodbye to Larry.”

Jerry Jones drafted Larry Allen in the second round of the 1994 NFL Draft and was the 10th offensive lineman to be selected.
